Concession
(Ex: Serving hot dogs, preparing snow cones/cotton candy/popcorn, distributing bottled water, keeping food areas clean, restocking supplies, etc)

(Ex: Greeting families with a smile, checking them in, distributing wristbands, answering guest questions, distributing free gifts, etc)
Greeters/Counters
(Ex: Greet folks on the road, provide directions, and count all the individuals in vehicles.)
Prep Team
Greenroom
(Ex: Hosting our entertainers and special guests in private community center rooms, keeping food & beverages stocked and fresh, attending to our special guests needs, ensuring only authorized individuals enter greenrooms, etc.)
Inflatables/Interactive Games
(Ex: Monitoring activity in and around inflatables to ensure safety, respectfully enforces crowd control of lines and behavior inside the inflatable, keeps lines moving, etc)
Decorating
(Ex: Hanging ornaments, garland, decor, etc throughout the park under the guidance of the team leader)
Face Painting
(Ex: Basic face painting skills or artistic abilities are necessary. Must be able to paint quickly from a set of designs to keep the wait time to a minimum.)
Parking
(Ex: Work with law enforcement to direct guest parking, monitor lots for opening and communicate to parking officials, enforce parking rules/laws, direct guests to entrances and exits.

I acknowledge and agree that in attending this event, I and any guests voluntarily assume all risks to exposure to Covid-19, and waive, release and discharge the The Family Christmas Extravaganza, The House Church or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers from any and all liability under any theory, whether in negligence or otherwise, for any illness or injury.

All volunteers are asked to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled shift. The Volunteer Coordinator will confirm your shift, assignment, and team leader no later than December 12, 2021. All volunteers must wear a red event t-shirt unless otherwise instructed. Please be mindful of your conversations, word choices, and behaviors during the event. We ask that everyone maintain an alcohol, drug, and smoke-free environment for our guests. For security purposes, and to maintain a cost-free environment for families, no sales, exchanges of funds for products, or donation buckets are permitted at the event. If you see this occurring, please notify a team leader. We have security onsite; however, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. Please do not leave valuables unattended. If you see anything inappropriate, suspicious, or hazardous, please report it to a member of security or law enforcement immediately. If you come across any children/parents that have been separated, please direct them to the appropriate station (you will be informed of the location in advance). The event closes at 4:30 pm. We are to leave the park in the same condition as when we arrived. Please do your part to help make clean-up as quick and smooth as possible.
